CutMyReel (cutmyreel.com) is run by Sina Shafiee, based in the United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Google sign-in: when you sign in with Google on our script tool, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. We only use your email address.
- What you type: your business, audience, idea and the scripts we generate for you.
- Order forms: your name, email, business and any file links you send us.
- Basic technical data: your IP address, used only to limit abuse (daily usage limits) and deleted after about two days.
How we use it
- To write your scripts and keep track of how many scripts you have left.
- To reply to you, send payment links you asked for, and deliver your reels.
- Occasionally to email you about CutMyReel. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who processes it
Scripts are written with Anthropic's Claude API. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic to generate the script. Our website and data storage run on Cloudflare. Sign-in is provided by Google. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account and script data is kept while you use the service. Client video files are deleted 60 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete your data, and we'll do it within 30 days.
